i've trained in jiu jitsu for 5 years under 3 great teams carlson graice pedro sauer and rickson gracie teams also took privite lessons for 1 year but john and david showed the little differences that make your armbars perfect its all about having rock soild tec. and john and david and machado jiu jitsu is the best i've seen . great production quality also thanks.
