By purchasing products from Masterclass Curriculums the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
Limitation of Liability: The Customer shall indemnify Masterclass Curriculums against any loss of or damage to property. Masterclass Curriculums shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products, even if Masterclass Curriculums has been advised of their possibility.
Refunds: Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.
Addressing: If a product is found to be mis-addressed by Masterclass Curriculums then Masterclass Curriculums shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Masterclass Curriculums will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.
Mailing Cash: Masterclass Curriculums does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, Masterclass Curriculums accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.
Unpaid for Goods: All goods purchased remain the property of Masterclass Curriculums until full payment is received for the said goods , The purchaser understands and gives full permission to Masterclass Curriculums to enter the purchasers premises and remove any goods not paid for in full in the agreed and required payment period.Written notice will be given for the purchasers account to be paid within 14 days prior to goods being removed.
